Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrade from your dashboard and it kicks in instantly. Downgrade and it takes effect at your next billing cycle. Your phone number, menu, QR codes, and order history stay put either way.
What happens on day 8?
Pick a plan or walk away. The trial gives you the full Restaurant experience for 7 days, and the AI phone agent is live from day one, with a fair-use cap of 75 minutes (about 25 calls) in total for the trial. No card on day one, so there is nothing to surprise-charge. If you do not pick a plan, your account goes read-only and your menu and data sit there for 30 days in case you change your mind.
Any setup fee? Anything sneaky?
No setup fee. No per-order fee. No transaction fee. No "implementation consultant" tax. Prices exclude 5% VAT, which is added at checkout. The one usage charge is AI phone minutes beyond your plan's included bundle, paid from prepaid credit you add in the dashboard at a flat $0.20 a minute, never per call - your card is never charged automatically. That is the only extra you will ever pay.
What counts against my included minutes?
The minutes the AI spends on your phone line count toward your monthly bundle: 450 minutes on Starter, 1,350 on Restaurant, 3,600 on Multi / Pro - a typical order call runs about 3 minutes. QR table orders never touch the bundle. Bundles reset at the start of every month, and we email you a heads-up a few minutes before yours runs out, so it never surprises you - top up prepaid credit to keep the line open past the bundle.
Can I pay annually for a discount?
Yes. Email [email protected] and we will quote annual pricing for your room or group. Most owners save two months by paying yearly.
Do I need Multi / Pro?
If you run one or two rooms, no. Restaurant ($249) is what you want. Multi / Pro is for groups running up to 20 locations who need multiple concurrent phone lines, a 3,600-minute bundle, call recordings, a custom AI persona and voice, and white-label on their own domain.
