Plans and billing.
There are three plans and one free trial. No hidden tiers, no quotes to chase. This page lays out what each plan includes, when it makes sense to move up, and how to change or cancel in a couple of clicks. Read it once and you will know exactly what you are paying for.
Every plan starts with 7 days free.No credit card needed to begin, and you can cancel any time during the trial without paying a cent.
How the free trial works
The trial is the easiest part. You get 7 days of the full Restaurant experience, with no credit card required to start. That means AI phone ordering, QR ordering, your kitchen display, and everything else Restaurant includes is live from your first minute, not locked behind a paywall or a sales call. The AI answers your line from day one, with a fair-use cap of 75 minutes (about 25 calls) in total for the trial.
When the 7 days are up, nothing happens behind your back. You simply choose a plan to keep going, add a payment method, and carry on with all your menus and settings exactly where you left them. If you decide Voitly is not for you, cancel before the trial ends and you are charged nothing. There is no automatic surprise charge and no card on file unless you put one there.
The three plans
Pick the one that matches how you run your room today. Prices exclude 5% VAT, which is added at checkout. You can always move up later, and your data comes with you.
Starter, 129 dollars per month
Starter is built for a single room that wants ordering done right. It gives you AI phone ordering with 450 minutes per month included (about 150 calls), QR ordering, the kitchen display, allergen flags, and basic analytics so you can see what is selling. Guests can call or scan and order in English, Arabic, or Hindi, and the ticket lands on your kitchen screen either way. If you run a cafe, a small bistro, or a single counter, this is usually all you need to start taking orders without adding staff.
Restaurant, 249 dollars per month
Restaurant is the plan most full-service kitchens land on. It includes everything in Starter, lifts the phone bundle to 1,350 minutes per month (about 450 calls), and switches on the full AI ordering experience, including 40+ languages with auto-detect so guests can order in their own language. You also get the upsell engine that suggests the right add-on at the right moment, POS integration so tickets flow into the system you already run, call transcripts you can review from your dashboard, menu scheduling, and repeat-guest profiles so returning guests are recognised. This is the plan to choose when you want the AI doing real work across the floor and the phone line.
Multi / Pro, 449 dollars per month
Multi / Pro is for groups and high-volume rooms that need more reach and more control. It includes everything in Restaurant, plus 3,600 minutes per month included (about 1,200 calls) and multiple concurrent phone lines so two callers never fight over the same line, coverage for up to 20 locations, call recordings alongside the transcripts, and a custom AI persona and voice tuned to your brand. You also get white label so the experience carries your name. If you run several locations or take a heavy stream of calls, this is the one that keeps up.
When to upgrade
Keep it simple. Start on the plan that fits your volume: if you run one location and 450 minutes a month (about 150 calls) covers your phone traffic, Starter is the honest answer. Move to Restaurant the moment you want the 1,350-minute bundle, 40+ languages, POS integration, or the upsell engine, because those are where most kitchens feel the difference on a busy night. Step up to Multi / Pro when you run multiple locations, need more than one phone line answering at once, or your call volume outgrows the 1,350 included minutes.
You do not need to predict the future. Run on the plan that fits this month, watch the orders land, and upgrade when a real need shows up rather than guessing in advance.
Phone ordering allowance.Every plan includes a monthly bundle of minutes: 450 on Starter, 1,350 on Restaurant, and 3,600 on Multi / Pro (about 150, 450, and 1,200 calls). Past your bundle, usage bills at a flat 20 cents per minute, never per call, and that is the only extra you will ever pay. If you regularly run well past your bundle, the next plan up is usually simpler to budget.
The upsell often pays for itself. On a busy service, the extra revenue the upsell engine brings in frequently covers the monthly cost of the plan on its own, before you count the orders the AI handles that your team could not get to.
How to upgrade or change your plan
Changing plans takes about a minute. Open the Billing tab in your dashboard, choose the plan you want, and confirm. The change applies right away, so a Restaurant feature like multilingual ordering is live as soon as you switch.
Payment is handled through the billing portal, which is where you add or update a card, see your invoices, and download receipts for your records. Everything to do with money lives in one place, so you are never hunting for a charge.
Cancelling
There is no lock in and no long contract. Open Billing, cancel through the billing portal, and that is it. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again after that. If you cancel during the 7-day trial, you pay nothing at all. Your menus and settings stay in your account, so if you come back later you are not starting over.
What to read next
Now that the plans are clear, set up the parts that earn their keep:
- Switch on phone AI and put your included minutes to work answering the line.
- Troubleshooting if anything looks off with billing, access, or a feature you expected to see.
